Providing real service is about delivering something that can’t simply be bought or measured with money: peace of mind.
We offer you piece of mind from beginning to end… and afterwards.
Estimating is important, so responsibility for every number ultimately rests with Danks. Each project is estimated and priced from scratch, based on a careful study of manpower, equipment and production rates. We also have the ability to create a 3D rendering of your masonry project as estimated, so you can clearly see what we’ll deliver.
When we’re awarded a masonry contract, we prepare a submittal package detailing the materials to be used – along with samples for final material selections – and provide detailed schedules for each phase of the project. Sample panels can be constructed on the project site for final approval. And since time is money, we’re proactive about placing material orders to avoid construction delays.
The goal is to stay on schedule. We achieve this through efficient project management, excellent jobsite supervision and proficient use of manpower and equipment. And we have a fulltime foreman assigned to every project – so there’s always a clear point of contact and responsibility. A project manager is also part of every project team; this is typically the project estimator, ensuring continuity from start to finish.
With our extensive experience and knowledge – individually and as a team – we’re able to handle complicated projects and solve the kinds of issues that often arise during a project. Over the years, we’ve completed many out-of-the-ordinary masonry projects; we’re not afraid to tackle a new challenge or install new applications.
